School collaboration

by Riina Vuorikari, Teemu Leinonen — last modified 2008-06-19 11:46

School collaboration can be used in many different kind of study projects and studies. International school collaboration is very popular in language studies, but school collaboration may enrich studies in many other subjects, too.

In a school collaboration project teachers may share their teaching practices and ways of working. Students may share their study reports or presentations. Feedback from other teachers and students is very motivating for the participants.

eTwinning is a service for school collaboration project in any given topic. It promotes school collaboration in Europe through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by providing support, tools and services to make it easy for schools to form short or long term partnerships in any subject area.
